Executive Director
Tena J. Saltzman, M.A. – tena@angeleyes.org
Her professional background includes over 20 years of non-profit experience including 14 years in management positions.  She is responsible for the overall operations of the Program, grant writing and administration, and does educational presentations throughout Colorado.  She shares weekend, evening and holiday coverage with the social worker.

Resource Director
Jenny Young, B.A. – jenny@angeleyes.org
She is the primary resource for the computerized database, as well as assisting in grant writing.  She is in charge of all special events and is the supervisor for the administrative staff. She designs the newsletter, brochures and web site. 

Social Worker
Susan Backus, Ph.D. – susan@angeleyes.org
She is a master's level licensed social worker, a licensed professional counselor, and a certified family therapist.  She is both a clinician and an educator.  She handles the family support for the Program as well as a portion of the educational presentations.

Administrative Assistant
Patty VanGilder, B.A. – patty@angeleyes.org
She is the administrative assistant for Angel Eyes.  She focuses primarily on data base management and assists all staff with various projects
